Four years at AstraPay, connecting business needs with product requirements and technical delivery. I own reporting and merchant analytics product direction, map user journeys, prioritize backlogs, and use SQL, BigQuery, and Amplitude to inform decisions. My reporting scope spans QRIS, Payment Channels, Biller, Cash-in, and Cash-out.
Led a four-person Reporting stream, including a designer, and co-owned roadmap and budget planning with the KYC Product Manager across a ten-person group. My work includes a merchant analytics pilot with up to 4k monthly dashboard users and an 83% reduction in on-demand report generation time, from 12 to 2 minutes.
